In the Manager of Billing Operations role, you’ll work with your team to analyze current workflows and systems for further efficiencies. Supporting your team through change, your drive will help us find new ways of innovating together. Ultimately, making sure claims are processed accurately/timely, and providers are paid for their services is mission critical for this role.
The billing operation functions include insurance billing, sales entry, collections, and provider reimbursement. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert, analyzing and developing reports related to AHHC billing and A/R functions. Your expertise in benchmarking performance and root-cause analysis will keep your team focused on what works while avoiding what doesn’t.
Do you get your energy from motivating individuals to learn, grow, and do their very best? This will come in handy with your 7 direct reports. Watching trends and staying current with new regulatory requirements will fit well with your engaging methods of training your department.
Technical savvy is crucial so you can dive in and understand our medical billing system quickly. Sycle.net, Salesforce, and Qlikview experience will help you hit the ground running. Having a knack for systems will also help you maximize their utilization and team efficiency.
