Our Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist role is the perfect opportunity to amplify your career if you are a passionate, organized, data driven marketing strategist. In this highly visible role, you will lead the way in generating new customer pipeline activity while refining & perfecting our digital marketing presence.

Responsibilities

In the first 90 days, familiarizing yourself with our database is paramount. You’ll succeed by creating a project plan for segmenting the database and making recommendations on data integrity initiatives. It’s vitally important to build a collaborative relationship with our sales team.

 

Have you updated company websites to leverage SEO & SEM? Our new Sr. Specialist will be able to hit the ground running and lean on their experience to reengineer our website from start to finish with updates/integrations that generate returns through social media, blogging, and paid advertisement as well.

 

Lastly, our top candidate is hungry to create an email marketing program that enhances our brand, and leverages cutting edge automation tools within Salesforce. Data rules the world now, so having a knack to track & report the metrics of your efforts is mission critical.

 

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot etc), Pardot preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
  • Google AdWords, Adroll retargeting and other digital ad platform experience
  • HTML coding experience a plus

 

Skills:

  • Experience evaluating and optimizing website structure, user experience, content, and strategy
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Digital marketing strategy experience in data governance, database segmentation, and attribution & lead scoring
  • Internal/External Digital Service Vendor Management
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Superior project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to learn new tasks quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset that can thrive in ambiguity
