Our sales team strives to bring in new customers who are excited about partnering with us. We need an Account Manager who can figure out the balance of being likeable & persistent and use these relationship-building skills to increase profitability and revenue growth.
This part of our business is growing rapidly and the pace is fast! You’ll be the “go-to” person owning the strategic direction and action plan of Worker’s Compensation accounts making sure leaders and team members are up to date. Numbers shouldn’t frighten you since you’ll use data to tell the story of account activities.
Because you are an experienced and savvy communicator, you’ll hit the ground running, enhancing existing relationships with our accounts and building connections with Third Party Administrators/Adjustors to gain new business. You’ll accomplish this by offering training events, continuing education seminars, and other value-added services that you’ll have the freedom to design.
Additionally, you’ll have high visibility and work collaboratively with diverse, cross functional teams to ensure success for your accounts and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
