Amplifon Americas has a strong demand for diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent on our team.  The growth of Amplifon Hearing Health Care (AHHC) relies on relationships with hearing care providers who feel confident and comfortable with our business. To support these relationships we need a Network Provider Specialist with an “intra-preneurial” spirit who thrives on building trust and rapport.

The need for quality hearing care is growing, and providers need to optimize their time to support as many customers as possible.  You’ll be their “go-to” person to teach & train them on the referral process, increasing their conversion rates & revenue growth, and eliminating misuse & errors.

Responsibilities

AHHC highly values autonomy and accountability. In this role you’ll manage your territory like your own small business.  As a master communicator, you’ll build trust quickly, showing value to providers by offering support and education on insurance benefits, plan details, and the referral process.  Follow-up is mission critical as you gather data on referral visits and provide guidance on enhancing the customer experience.

Enjoy finding unique ways to use Salesforce and Microsoft Office? Not only will you tap into innovative outreach methods, but you’ll also lean on your gift of gab when calling providers in the network and recruiting new ones.  Lastly, working with diverse, collaborative cross functional teams will solidify success for your accounts and help you resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma/ GED, B.S./B.A. degree preferred
  • 2-5 years in customer service or inside sales
  • Experience in education, training and relationship building

Required Skills:

  • Past success in an account manager or customer service role (a VIP candidate will have experience in hearing care or medical device industry)
  • Strong oral/written communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce software
  • Ability to think outside the box to create value-added solutions
  • Ability to work independently but willing to aid in development of others
