Amplifon Americas, a leader in the rapidly growing hearing care industry has a demand for diverse, authentic, creative and dynamic talent. We are seeking a temporary Event Planner to assist in the development, organization and management of conferences, conventions, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, fundraisers, trade shows, and other Amplifon events to meet the quality expectations of Amplifon and its Business Units. This position is covering an LOA and is expected to start November in November and end in late March.
Provide project management and execution to ensure event success. Manage and execute all program elements including registration, housing, food & beverage, transportation (air & ground), VIP requirements, tickets/invitations, and product/brand provisioning
