The success of our customers is top priority to our team.  We need a Partner Marketing Manager who is passionate about working with internal and external partners to drive business results through innovative, strategic marketing programs. 

Responsibilities

Success Criteria

Effective communications are key to creating awareness and getting members started on their hearing health care journey, from awareness through activation, adoption, and retention.  You’ll create meaningful communications, delivered through multiple digital and traditional channels, to increase utilization of our program.

 

Collaboration is second nature to you and you’ll leverage these skills to develop and maintain relationships with key strategic partners as you build and execute joint marketing plans that increase program volume and profitability.  You’re also savvy at managing your time and will create scalable marketing strategies that can be deployed across multiple accounts. 

 

Lastly, you’ll work cross functionally with Account Managers as the primary point of contact and with marketing colleagues to streamline communications to members.  Measuring success is key; you’ll build and own optimization plans for marketing programs.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • B.S./B.A. degree required with Marketing focus preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in partner marketing, ideally in healthcare or insurance

Required Skills:

  • A strong background in the development and implementation of multi-channel, business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing initiatives and programs
  • Experience working consultatively with clients to drive growth and improvement
  • Ability to think strategically about business and marketing and follow through on tactical execution
  • A “do-er” with hands on experience creating content, marketing plans and presentations, campaign development and other communications as needed
  • Detail oriented and organized with capability to handle multiple projects at once with changing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
