The Elite Hearing Network is the largest network of independent hearing care providers in the United States and organic growth is top priority. We need a Product Marketing Manager who will be the conduit between sales and manufacturers creating a win-win situation through the development of a channel marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

In the first 90 days, your focus will be on building relationships with our preferred hearing aid manufacturers. By carefully listening and understanding their business needs you’ll be ready to seize opportunities that benefit both our preferred hearing aid manufacturers and our clients.

 

You’ll become a content expert in the medical device industry and lean heavily on your creativity as you begin to build EHN’s channel marketing strategy. You’ll collaborate with our energetic sales team to ensure alignment and will have visibility to executive leaders as you showcase your plans.  

 

Have you built a reporting framework to measure the effectiveness of your marketing plans? You’ll leverage both creativity and analytical skills to showcase the results of your strategies. With a high degree of autonomy, you’ll have direct impact in shaping the future of Elite and growing membership.

 

Qualifications

  • B.S./B.A. degree required in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • 8-10 years of professional work experience
  • Previous experience in B2B and B2C channel/partner marketing

Required Skills:

  • An expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing growth through channel management
  • Previous experience in building and executing integrated marketing communication plans
  • A high professional presence and able to quickly learn and understand technical products and establish credibility in a short time
  • Strong relationship-builder with the ability to nurture strong partnerships with vendors
  • Excellence at cross-group collaboration and the ability to effectively manage the dynamics of sometimes competing interests
  • Self-directed and driven with an ability to proactively drive strategy and relationships
  • A commanding, confident, yet humble communication style
  • Data-led decision making fueled by strong analytical ability and interest
  • Strategic insight and the ability to confidently develop and recommend solutions based on these insights
  • Thrives in ambiguity and the opportunity to be entrepreneurial within role
  • Possesses a strong understanding of marketing effectiveness via marketing funnel KPI’s, tracking and optimization
  • Experience leading projects, influencing, and negotiation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential while exposure to SalesForce or similar CRM is highly preferred
