Our Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist role is the perfect opportunity to amplify your career if you are a passionate, organized, data driven marketing strategist. In this temporary role, you will lead the website strategy for Elite to drive new leads, refine Elite’s digital marketing presence, and improve brand awareness.


Have you updated company websites to leverage SEO & SEM?  Our new Sr. Specialist will be able to hit the ground running and lean on their experience to reengineer our website from start to finish with updates/integrations that generate returns through social media, blogging, and paid advertisement as well.


You’ll assess key conversion points in the marketing funnel including landing pages, website calls to action, and lead generating forms to ensure the highest results. Collaboration is paramount to success as you partner with our sales team to improve quality lead conversion rates.


Lastly, our top candidate will integrate our website with Salesforce. Data rules the world now, so being able to effectively track & report the metrics of your efforts is mission critical.



  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot etc), Pardot preferred
  • Experience with or other CRM systems
  • Google AdWords, Adroll retargeting and other digital ad platform experience
  • HTML coding experience a plus


  • Led multiple website development projects from ideation through execution and optimization
  • Experience evaluating and optimizing website structure, user experience, content, and strategy
  • Knowledge of best practices for digital marketing strategy
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Internal/External Digital Service Vendor Management
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Superior project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Customer-centric with a passion for gaining customer insights and translating into strategies
  • Excellent customer service, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to learn new tasks quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset that can thrive in ambiguity
