Our Marketing Manager role is the perfect opportunity to amplify your career if you are a passionate “intrapreneurial” marketing strategist. In this role you will plan, organize, execute and measure digital lead generation marketing programs designed to grow our network members.

Responsibilities

A holistic approach to marketing is paramount. You’ll succeed by thinking in terms of integrated, interconnected systems, and how they affect each other. From Facebook feeds to trade show displays, it’s vitally important to see how the relationships between all parts of the marketing plan work, and manage them effectively.

 

Have you regularly managed paid social media campaigns or paid search strategies that leverage SEO & SEM? Our new Marketing Manager will be able to hit the ground running and lean on their experience to implement initiatives that generate immediate returns.

 

Lastly, our top candidate will identify and lead vendor relationships. In partnership with the vendor, this candidate will be responsible for implementing programs that enhance our brand, while helping our members generate new digital leads. Data rules the world now, so being able to effectively track & report the metrics of your efforts is critical to this mission.

 

Qualifications

 

 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing is required
  • 5+ years of previous experience in B2C partner marketing with a specific focus on digital strategy and lead generation
  • An expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing through the partner ecosystem
  • Marketing agency experience and vendor management experience

 

 

Skills: 

  • Experience identifying & managing digital vendor partnerships to implement digital strategies
  • Possess knowledge and expertise in local paid search, paid social media, and affiliate marketing programs
  • A solid grasp of the various digital marketing disciplines: PPC, SEO, content marketing, web design, digital design, reputation management
  • A holistic understanding of marketing principles: customer journey, media mix planning, brand development, inbound/outbound marketing activities, database marketing
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to tailor “digital jargon” to the audience
  • Self-directed and driven with an ability and willingness to proactively build strategies and relationships
  • Excellence at cross-group collaboration
  • A strategic mindset, able to effectively construct scalable program-level structures and relationships
  • Data-led decision making fueled by strong analytical ability and interest
  • Ability to build and nurture strong partnerships with external sourcesThrives in ambiguity and the opportunity to be entrepreneurial within role
  • Customer-centric and service oriented
  • Experience with MS Office Suite is required
