Overview

When passion and people come together for a common cause, great things can be achieved. Miracle-Ear is looking for a Marketing Manager who protects brand strategy while still allowing local businesses to play to their strengths in their community.

 

In this role you will support our sales growth by developing and executing local marketing programs that deliver on business objectives. Connecting these local initiatives to our national programs, you will see these projects from start to finish, and see the impact on sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Growth is our priority. Being able to effectively develop and manage marketing programs, oversee a large budget, and set up tracking for marketing analytics will help you accomplish annual objectives. With a high degree of autonomy, your ability to take an idea and run with it will be embraced.

 

Our local franchisees need a marketing team that supports their business from strategy to execution giving them the right tools to drive traffic to their location. Success will require managing tight deadlines, communicating with multiple organization levels, and creating repeatable processes to scale successful tactics.

 

Lastly, you’ll work collaboratively with marketing colleagues, sales and operations teams, marketing agencies and franchisees; no two days will be the same! Our team’s approach is constantly evolving so keeping up to date on current marketing trends, channels, and analysis tools will get you further faster.  

 

Qualifications

  • Consultant mentality with knowledge and experience in many aspects of marketing (online, direct mail, newspaper, media placement, event marketing, planning, analysis)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Creative, Digital and Communications teams
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- InDesign/Creative suite experience preferred
  • Experience running A/B testing with marketing creative and copy
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills with the ability to share appropriately with leaders
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills; and the ability to write light copy for direct mail, website content, and press releases
  • This position may have direct reports so leadership skills through managing people and/or projects is beneficial
  • Flexible and positive disposition to work in a dynamic and changing environment
