The core focus of this role is continuous improvement. What existing systems, policies, or processes can you find and scale to help drive organic growth? If it doesn’t exist, you have the freedom to build it; ready to make your mark on our industry?
Timelines and calendars are your friend and you’ll act as a project manager to drive initiatives from idea through execution. Removing silos that have previously existed can be challenging, but you are an optimistic influencer who can politely push other team members from marketing, sales, finance and IT out of their comfort zone to reach new business heights.
Leading leaders can be a challenge, but it’s a rewarding one you relish. You’ll collaborate with our amazing field teams to define opportunities, develop best practices and plan rollout strategies. You will innovate line-level tactics that drive growth, communication channels that promote the needs of internal/external customers, and strategic reporting tools that give clarity to overall performance.
