Amplifon Americas, a leader in the rapidly growing hearing care industry has a demand for diverse, authentic, creative and dynamic talent on our Finance team. In this role, you’ll manage and analyze Amplifon’s treasury activity to ensure our financial health so we can give the gift of sound to millions.


Variety is the spice of life and there is plenty of it in this role. You’ll be working in a broad spectrum by initiating cash transactions, cash forecasting, providing guidance on investment strategies, and researching risk management tactics. You’ll add significant value recommending process improvement ideas to drive efficiency.


Are you just as comfortable with numbers as you are with teams? Developing relationships with stakeholders will help you with short & long-term forecasting. Looking to share your ideas with executive? Deep-diving into data will help you tailor your message to your audience and gain traction/visibility with our diverse leadership team.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
  • 3-5 years of financial industry experience, preferably in corporate treasury management, cash management, investments, or banking
  • A desire to learn more and enjoy working in a team environment


Required proficiency with tools:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products; Excel (pivot tables/macros), Word, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Treasury, Accounting, and/or financial analysis experience
  • Knowledge of bank products and services
  • Experience with ERP system required, JDE preferred
