Almost every business says they’re growing rapidly; we’re approaching light speed! You’ll spend the first 90 days learning about our industry, understanding health insurance trends, and asking the right questions so you can add value for your clients.
You’ll fit in quickly balancing open-ended and pointed questions to discover client’s obvious and hidden needs. This can help you exceed future expectations as well. You’ll also be the “go-to” person for assigned accounts, owning strategic direction, action plans, and keeping leaders/teams up-to-date with progress reports. Strong project management skills will allow you to hit the ground running quickly as you manage different priorities.
