    In this role you’re going to be working with our patient care advocates to develop enriching relationships with our clients, providers, and vendors. You will also be responsible for fostering an energized and imaginative culture where every team member’s ideas are heard and valued.


    Remember this is the healthcare business though, so understanding the regulatory frameworks with legal savvy will be crucial to your success.


    Good leaders do more than just inspire others through actions, they empower the people they work with, encouraging creative solutions and open communication. You’ll need the ability to pull these talents together to balance the high volume needs of providers and customers with your team’s strengths and schedules.


    Training and providing feedback will set the team up for success, but you should also have the ability to jump in and field calls like a pro. Leading by example ensures your credibility and allows for insights on how you can adjust your strategy/technology for achieving top results.


    This role needs an uplifting leader with a Bachelors degree (or equivalent), and hands-on experience managing and mentoring teams (call center experience preferred). Knowing the ins and outs of customer service, quality/performance metrics, and having strong functional technical skills will give you a solid base to do your life’s best work with our team and our customers.
