    Amplifon Americas, a leader in the rapidly growing hearing care industry has a demand for diverse, authentic, creative and dynamic talent on our Finance team. In this role, you’ll lead all strategic pricing activities for Amplifon’s product portfolio that maximize revenue. Your inquisitiveness will also lead you to track marketplace metrics and trends where action will position Amplifon competitively for the future of the hearing health industry. 

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Pricing is a balancing act; our products and services need to be attractive to clients but also profitable. You’ll conduct extensive pricing & financial analysis to build strategic recommendations and guidelines.

     

    You’ll also collaborate with sales and marketing teams, finance leaders and product managers to tell the story behind the data, driving clarity and context. Strong analysis, interpretation, and communication skills will help you tailor your message to your audience and gain traction/visibility with our diverse leadership teams. 

     

    Lastly, you’ll isolate the products we should focus on and maintain a solid vendor relationship. Through constant monitoring and tracking of contract performance and KPI’s, you’ll add significant value to sales teams by knowing what incentive programs are available and valuable.  You’ll also be comfortable pushing for additional insights to anticipate unique opportunities or prevent issues before they arise.

     

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience performing competitive pricing analysis would allow you to hit the ground running
    • Product and pricing experience in hearing care, health insurance or within a medical device industry makes you a VIP candidate
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related area is required
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach to solving problems
    • Quantitative analysis including the ability to build robust data models, analyze complex situations, information and data
    • Cross functional experience supporting business decisions and working with various levels of people in the organization including leaders
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, importing data and creating charts
    • Experience with Salesforce is a plus as our pricing guide lives there
