An average Business System Analyst writes down what stakeholders ask for. A great analyst creates alignment and ownership around the solution, creating the technical specifications and test plans so our teams are prepared for implementation.


    You’ll also fit right in if you like exploring options with stakeholders rather than saying no. Taking ownership of the analysis and communication of requirements and doing whatever it takes to perform with excellence is mission critical.

    • Because this is a technical + business role, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business is required
    • 5+ years’ experience in an IT Business System role
    • Experience with large scale implementations focused on the software lifecycle, requirements analysis, development, QA and release
    • Experience working with CRM/Digital marketing programs like CRM marketing automation, CMS, and SEO is critical to be a trusted technical partner. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is desired.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as CRM, web, database servers, middleware, API and EDI integration required
    • Experience in Oracle Data Warehouse is a plus and MS SQL for troubleshooting queries
    • Strong leadership and communication skills so you can work with teams effectively
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
