    The Elite Hearing Network is the largest network of independent hearing care providers in the United States, currently supporting hundreds of client locations. By supporting small businesses, EHN helps ensure hearing care stays local, personal, and meaningful.

    Responsibilities

    Do you have the knowledge to effectively hone your clients’ current and future business plans? Understanding provider needs, industry trends, and asking the right questions are the first steps to add value in the strategic planning process. In the first 90 days, your focus should be on becoming a trusted resource to provide constructive feedback and leverage client strengths to pursue growth opportunities. 

     

    Many of our clients need support with marketing their practice, so your leadership and consultative skills will help them design, execute and implement marketing initiatives to expand their patient base and revenue streams.  This role is best suited for an independent problem-solver who can balance client priorities while promoting our brand. 

     

    Lastly, leveraging technology and building it into your daily workflow is mission critical. Our use of Salesforce makes it easy to manage existing client relationships and generate/drive referrals amongst client networks.

     

    Qualifications

     Education and Experience Requirements:

    • B.S./B.A. degree required

    • MBA preferred, as you’ll be consulting with small business owners on their operations

    • Minimum of 5 years inside/outside sales experience in a professional environment

    Required Skills:

    • Experience in farming & hunting; you’ll do both in this role!
    • Demonstrable experience with sales and consulting with clients to drive growth and improvement
    • Experience in sales, account management AND marketing, makes you a top candidate for this position
    • This position is based in California; Southern CA or San Francisco area is the perfect spot to live
    • Sales experience and/or contacts with the hearing healthcare market including Audiologists, Hearing Instrument Specialists, physicians and practice administrators is preferred
    • A desire and ability to actively contribute to a dynamic team environment
    • A humble, service-oriented presence and healthy sense of humor
    • This position will require travel Tuesday-Thursday with Monday and Fridays working in your home office
