    As the lead steward and champion of EHN’s corporate brand (B2B) and member marketing programs (B2C), you’ll define, implement, and execute the marketing strategy to support our new value proposition.     The Elite Hearing Network is the largest network of independent hearing care providers in the United States, supporting hundreds of members. By supporting small businesses, EHN helps ensure hearing care stays local, personal, and meaningful.

    Responsibilities

    A successful candidate knows how to balance a strategy supported by research and data with unique creativity that elevates the brand.  Your approach will spark excitement and innovation with your team and EHN members as you develop a national and local market approach that drives traffic into their locations.

You’ll have the freedom to build the marketing machine including a digital ecosystem with marketing automation, SEO, demand generation, and database marketing aimed at driving organic growth.     Marketing is based on the ability to read people, lead people, and deliver to people. Building honest relationships with our sales teams and diverse member network is crucial to influence change and gain support for new ideas and investment. Are you ready for this exciting challenge?

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is required; MBA preferred
    • 10-15 years of diverse marketing and advertising experience
    • Experience managing both B2B and B2C large scale marketing programs with $1M+ organizations
    • A resourceful and enterprising spirit that employs big budget strategy within a small budget environment
    • Strong understanding of digital space, technical platforms and applications
    • Ability to lead the development of creative content, collateral, programs, promotions, and packages that drive incremental revenues
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

     Skills:

    • Broad functional experience in strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and promotions and advertising.
    • Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems
    • This position will have 4 direct reports, so a love of leading people is mission critical
    • Long-term planning skills
    • Strong financial acumen and data-led decision making
    • Relationship building skills to utilize with various vendor partners
    • Excellence at cross-group collaboration
