Amplifon, a global leader in hearing care, is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and strategic Senior Director of Sales & Account Management who will guide the sales and customer retention strategy and team members to achieve growth goals.

    Investing in your team is the number one priority and empowering others to succeed is what motivates you.  A core deliverable will be running a sales team that adds significant value to customers, producing a snowball effect of sales and growth across our industry.


    In the first 90 days, you’ll observe prospect discovery calls, help with proposal conversations, and fly onsite to meet with current customers to understand the day-to-day sales process. Building these relationships will increase credibility with your team and increase your ability to move our business forward.


    Data and KPIs are fundamental to success, but the compelling narrative behind the numbers is what people will remember. Can you sell through a story? Our best-in-class services need a narrative that motivates customers to action.  Lastly, fostering a collaborative environment with marketing, legal, operations, and vendors will ensure every client walks away delighted and you are highly visible within the organization.

    • A bachelor’s degree in business/marketing is required; an MBA is preferred
    • 5+ years of Sales and Account Management leadership experience
    • 10 years of proven sales experience with highest priority given to those who have sold into insurance plans and carriers
    • Expertise with Salesforce is preferred
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and marketing business support programs
    • Experience with health insurance programs and worker’s compensation reimbursement
    • Ability to travel 35% to visit customers
