The Elite Hearing Network (EHN) is the largest network of independent hearing care providers in the United States, supporting thousands of members. By supporting small businesses, EHN helps ensure hearing care stays local, personal, and meaningful.
Do you have a passion for driving change? In close partnership with the executive team, you’ll lead the evolution of the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and implementation plan for EHN. You’ll challenge current processes and bring new systems and best practices to help drive growth. If it doesn’t exist, you have the freedom to build it.
Leading leaders can be a challenge, but it’s a rewarding one you relish. You’ll collaborate with our amazing field teams to innovate line-level tactics, communication channels that promote the needs of our members, and strategic reporting tools that give clarity to overall performance. You’ll will quickly foster cross-functional relationships with network members and internal stakeholders to make sure interests are aligned.
This role is best suited for an independent problem-solver who is a self-starter, is solutions-driven and wants to deliver. You are the person who gets things done and your work will be noticed!
