    Our Amplifon Hearing Health Care team has an exciting goal of moving from a culture of service to service excellence. In this highly visible Training Manager role, you’ll create compelling content in new channels, research different methods to engage adult learners, and lead education sessions that take team performance to the next level.

    Responsibilities

    In the first 90 days, you’ll analyze current insurance training programs, identify improvement opportunities and prioritize initiatives that will increase team quality and effectiveness. A top candidate will see the strategic picture while managing day-to-day tactics that get the work done.

    Do you crave the autonomy to own a project from start to finish? Leverage your creativity and innovation to develop training materials that span topics from Medicare to sales tactics. Testing and piloting your ideas will fuel your ability to expand them to a wider audience.

    Gone are the days of the ‘EnterTrainer’, simply facilitating content without real-world expertise. While presentation is part of the role, our teams will depend on your tenured knowledge of the health insurance industry. The best part about this job?     Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience developing training programs within a health plan
    • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing sales and account management training programs in a health plan organization
    • Working knowledge of Insurance industry (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Workers Compensation) and laws and regulations
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
    • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods including mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations
    • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
    • Must stay up to date with industry trends to enhance training programs and evolve our methods
