The influence of a great teacher can never be erased. Ready to multiply your influence in health insurance training with our teams and provider partners? Amplifon Americas, a world leader in hearing care, has a strong demand for diverse, authentic, creative, and dynamic talent.

Our Amplifon Hearing Health Care team has an exciting goal of moving from a culture of service to service excellence. In this highly visible Training Manager role, you’ll create compelling content in new channels, research different methods to engage adult learners, and lead education sessions that take team performance to the next level.

In the first 90 days, you’ll analyze current insurance training programs, identify improvement opportunities and prioritize initiatives that will increase team quality and effectiveness. A top candidate will see the strategic picture while managing day-to-day tactics that get the work done.

Do you crave the autonomy to own a project from start to finish? Leverage your creativity and innovation to develop training materials that span topics from Medicare to sales tactics. Testing and piloting your ideas will fuel your ability to expand them to a wider audience.

Gone are the days of the ‘EnterTrainer’, simply facilitating content without real-world expertise. While presentation is part of the role, our teams will depend on your tenured knowledge of the health insurance industry. The best part about this job? Your work will inspire our team to bring sound to life for people in need of affordable hearing health care.
