    Our Amplifon Hearing Health Care team has an exciting goal of moving from a culture of service to service excellence. In this highly visible role as Claims Manager, you’ll oversee a variety of functions including claims processing and claims recovery.

     

    Leveraging your analytical skills, you’ll partner with your team to analyze and resolve issues. As you build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, you will ensure your customers, members, providers and vendors receive the highest level of quality and service.

    Responsibilities

    Success Criteria:

     

    In the first 90 days, you’ll analyze current medical claims processes, identify improvement opportunities and prioritize initiatives that will increase team quality and effectiveness. A top candidate will see the strategic picture while managing day-to-day tactics that get the work done.

    Qualifications

     

    * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required

    * 6 years progressive health insurance operations leadership experience with an emphasis on claim operations

    * Clinical knowledge and/or clinical coding experience required

    * Specific Types of Experience Required:

    o Comprehensive knowledge of the health insurance industry, products/services, internal operations and related processing systems, and regulatory requirements

    o A successful track record of maintaining efficient staffing, workflows and performance standards

    o Experience with strategic, member-centric initiative development and implementation, including operating policies and procedures, and work process improvements

    o A proven track record of building and fostering relationships at all levels of a matrixed organization.

    * Demonstrated ability to provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops and guides individual contributors

    * Demonstrated skill in analyzing metrics and making effective decisions based on cost/benefit analysis.
